IMPORTANT PARKING LOT REMINDERS:
We have a very busy parking lot! Your children’s safety is our number one concern. A large percentage of our students are driven to school each day, resulting in extreme congestion in our parking lot and surrounding community, and with the upcoming construction of the Flanders Interchange we expect congestion to increase.

We would like to remind you of the following initiatives in place to improve traffic flow and safety:

  • Friendly Neighbours: We always want to be considerate of people living in our neighbourhood. Please do not park in front of garages or driveways in the surrounding community, and watch your speed.
  • We ask that you park only on the west (school) side of Amiens Road, as this allows for free flow of traffic in and out of the school.
  • Shuttle Service: We offer a Shuttle Service that provides morning pick-up and afternoon drop off to and from specific hubs and the school. This program provides convenience to parents as well as an eco-friendly alternative to help reduce the number of cars on the road and reduce the traffic in our parking lot. If you are interested in using this service, or would like more information, please visit our Shuttle Service page or email Christy Howard.
  • Carpooling: Did you know that you can pull up a map showing the location of the families at Master’s and their contact numbers? You can help with the congestion in the parking lot by making arrangements to carpool with others from your neighbourhood. Information can be found in the Parent Directory.
  • Drop-Off Zone: This area is for continuous flow of traffic only. Please stop only to allow your children to exit the vehicle (on the curb side only) and then move on. We also want to be friendly to our environment and don’t want vehicles idling.
  • Parking Lot Attendants: Please be considerate and respectful of our parking lot attendants. Their number one priority is the safety of our students, and the safe and efficient movement of traffic.

We appreciate the support and cooperation of our student and parent communities as we continue to create a safe and caring environment for our students.
